2. Purposes of this website and legal bases
This website provides information about our services and lets you contact us by phone, email or via the contact form.
Processing data in connection with an inquiry serves to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps or contract where a contract is concluded; additionally Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
3. Hosting and server log data
This website is provided on infrastructure we operate with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Processing takes place in a data centre in the European Union (Germany).
When you visit this website, information is automatically processed in server log files (e.g. anonymised or personal IP address, date and time of the request, file requested, amount of data transferred, success message, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL where applicable). The purpose is to ensure the operation and security of the site and prevent abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Contact form (submission via server)
When you use the contact form, the information you enter is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and forwarded by email (SMTP) to postmaster@orga-hero.com for processing. Your message is not published on the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or contract, where applicable) and, additionally, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling contact requests).
Technical email delivery may use an SMTP service we operate; data is processed only for delivery. Please note that email without additional end-to-end encryption is not fully protected against interception.
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
For consistent typography we load fonts from Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (“Google Fonts”). When you open the page, your browser connects to Google’s servers; Google may process your IP address and technical metadata. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a readable, maintainable website). More on Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Fonts can be hosted locally to avoid this data transfer; we can change the setup if needed.
6. Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Functional cookies are not required for simply viewing these static pages.
7. Storage period
We process personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or where statutory retention obligations apply. Server log data at the host follows the host’s configuration and deletion schedules.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and, in certain cases, objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
